One thing up front, because honesty is part of who we are: this is a self-employed role. You build your own business as a consultant — with our trainee phase as the foundation: established processes, joint appointments, real mentoring and a system that doesn’t leave you on your own. It is demanding, and that is exactly why we say so from the start.
